Language services

CareOregon Advantage members have the right to free and timely interpreter services. These services ensure meaningful access to care and must be provided by a qualified interpreter in person, by phone, or via video.

All CareOregon Advantage providers must offer interpreter services at no cost to members.

CareOregon cannot be billed for interpretation services for CareOregon Advantage members. For CareOregon Advantage members that have Dual coverage with CareOregon Oregon Health Plan, please see CareOregon - Language services for providers
