CareOregon Advantage will not be offered in Tillamook County in 2026. Members were notified during the Annual Enrollment Period and provided with resources to ensure that they do not lose coverage. As a reminder, members will still have Medicare and Oregon Health Plan benefits through Columbia Pacific CCO.

We remain committed to supporting the Tillamook community, through our broader mission and partnerships, even if not through CareOregon Advantage. This was a difficult but unavoidable choice for CareOregon, one we only made after years of financial losses and recognizing that the situation would not improve. We will continue to stand by Oregon’s communities and advocate for a strong, sustainable health care system. Thank you for your continued efforts in serving Oregon’s communities.
